pipelineR is a pipeline builder for Shiny. It comprises of a library/htmlwidget which can be used to build a pipeline along with an app which can be used to execute it. Pipelines are built by connecting inputs and outputs of nodes. The graphical element is an htmlwidget based on jointJS. The code can be found at pipelineR
